What is the deadline for returning or exchanging my jewellery?
You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your package to inform us of your intention. Please send this request to infoclient@atelier-serge-thoraval.com .
The product must not have been worn, worn, modified, washed or damaged. This must be returned in its original packaging. Any non-compliant or unsuitable for resale return (damaged, damaged, used or soiled) will be rejected and the parts will be sent back to you.
In accordance with the provisions of article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code , products corresponding to special orders (made to measure) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
How should I return my package?
Any request for return (exchange included) must be declared in advance by email to the address infoclient@atelier-serge-thoraval.com . Please also specify the method of reimbursement chosen (Exchange, Credit note valid on the site or Reimbursement).
Once this request has been accepted, we will tell you the procedure for returning your package. Whatever the type of return, the item must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
What is the procedure for a refund or credit?
Upon receipt of the returned product, the refund will be made according to the will of the buyer in the form of:
- a credit note valid for 6 months on the site www.serge-thoraval-shop.com
If you wish to be refunded in the form of a credit note, the full amount of your order will be refunded to you, including shipping costs.
- a refund credited directly to your bank account or Paypal account depending on the payment method used when ordering. The amount of the refund will be equal to the price of the returned product without penalties except for the shipping and return costs which remain your responsibility.
An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm the refund of your order.
